SPV Solar (Pty) Ltd is passionate about the promotion, development and installation of rooftop solar power as a worthwhile financial investment for commercial and industrial enterprises – a chance for organisations to reduce costs and increase profits, while further reaping the rewards of going green.
SPV Solar assists each client in identifying their particular variables, those to which an investment in a photovoltaic solar system (PV system) are sensitive, along with demonstrating the potential for reducing green house gas emissions.

FOUNDER – MORGAN NAICKER
Morgan Naicker is the Managing Director of SPV Solar (Pty) Ltd, responsible for closing commercial and industrial rooftop renewable energy projects in South Africa and Africa.
Prior to founding SPV Solar (Pty) Ltd, Morgan was the Group Financial Manager for a subsidiary of an international renewable energy company in the Western Cape, a subsidiary of parent Company Solaire Direct Anonyme based in France. In this capacity he has been instrumental in managing the EPC, Finance and Administration process for two solar parks based on the Cape’s west coast, both with an export capacity of 10MW under the Department of Energy’s Renewable Energy Independent power Producer Programme (REIPPP). Morgan gained valuable experience in the renewable energy environment with his hands-on approach for Solaire, being responsible for financial and administrative aspects of renewable energy project delivery, from development and construction through to operations.
Morgan has held senior positions at Agrana Fruit a listed French multinational company and Oceana Brands a locally listed fishing Company as well as Masstores (Massmart) a subsidiary of Wooltru Group.
Morgan has an excellent reputation for high performance, client focus and business acumen.

SPV Solar assists clients in the development and the implementation of turnkey infrastructure and energy projects, pulling together specialist project teams as required, and project managing the installation of commercial and industrial rooftop solar power, throughout South Africa.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
SPV Solar offers the establishment and management of Solar Facilities within South Africa and Africa, including navigating required legislation.
FINANCIAL DEVELOPMENT
SPV Solar offers rooftop system leasing options – primarily focused on commercial and industrial South African markets.
